Service Description

Your child will receive focussed coaching in small classes from expert and qualified Instructors. Students will train through a range of activities including striking, blocking and both defensive and offensive techniques incorporated in kata and kumite. A key aspect of karate is strength and conditioning, balance and flexibility alongside the Martial Arts Virtues of Integrity, Respect, Courage, Honour, Compassion, Honesty and Loyalty.
